Hand-rolled cigars from Veracruz

Although many believe there is nothing finer than a Cuban cigar, you may find it interesting that many of Havana's most skilled cigar rollers defected to Veracruz, Mexico at the time of Castro's takeover of Cuba. The quality of the tobacco, and of the rolling of a Mexican cigar, or "puro", easily rivals its Cuban counterparts.
