What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment by credit card/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) and Paypal

Do you ship internationally? 


We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

How do I track my package? 


First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your order is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. 

Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. 



How do I exchange something I purchased? 

If you would like to return a product you may do so within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. If the product you received was damaged we will either replace it or give you store credit. If you would like to return an order please call or email us through our contact form. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email? 


Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.

What name will appear on my credit card statement? 


The charge on your credit card statement will appear as 'Viva Mexico'.
